The outside of the delivery packaging was bent, looked like it was sitting in water BUT Claire prepared the actual artwork very carefully and it was safe and sound 🧙 . She also handled my request very quickly and was kind enough to offer a replacement if the print was damaged but I ended up keeping the original.
